To begin with, the successful applicant will work alongside the project lead to deliver amazing surfaces you are truly proud of and our clients will love to create a truly unique customer experience.

No experience is required but a trade background is invited. Full training will always be provided in company-specific systems & processes for all surfaces.

Dust management: Concrete grinding does not need to be a dirty job we actually aim to be one of the cleanest trades.

This is why we only use the latest industrials H-class vacuums and have portable air filters to reduce the mess, ontop top of this we provided quality respirators to all staff.

Remuneration

Award rates paid

Negotiable rates apply for ABN work & for experienced applicants that can clearly demonstrate their abilities to the required company standard. 

A trial period is required for all applicants

- familiar with remote control grinders 

- diamond selection 

- safe operating practices of grinders and industrial vacumes 

- Mechanically polished concrete & Hiperfloors

- MicroCement overlays floors and walls 

- Cleaning and sealing of various natural stone & masonary surfaces  

- Epoxy coatings 

- Pavillion finish and Honed concrete 

- General labouring 

- Cleaning and organising plant equipment
